Trucks and LorriesThe vintage lorry scene has been overlooked here in Ireland but it's growing all the time, with a number of shows sprouting and novel events like the Heart of Wales vintage club road run, which went ahead in counties Cork and Kerry during the third week of May 08. The South West of Ireland Run proved very popular. The main problem with restoring trucks is you need lots of space to store and work on them. Also, previously there were issues with insurance that the trucks were considered too big for the road runs with the cars, however IVETA now have a policy in place to cover that.
