About the club

The club was founded on 26th July 2001 by Dominic Treacy, Jim Power and Eddie O’Callaghan.

The club held their first run in September 2001 with a total of 65 cars in attendance.  The run took in Adare Village and Lough Gur, returning to the Deerpark Hotel in Charleville for the evening dinner and presentation of prizes.

Since then the club has gone from strength to strength and today the club organises a total of 4 runs each year including a charity run, the proceeds of which go to local charities.

Membership of the club currently stands at over 60 members.  Mr. Denis Lynch is Club President.  Denis is the proud owner of the cars featured on the front cover of the October 2008 issue of the Irish Vintage Scene Magazine.
